Lovely, pale colour reminiscent of peach skin.
Crystalline with excellent clarity.
Olfactory aspect : Pleasant bouquet of fresh fruit, very expressive and fresh. Releases aromas of fresh apple and grapes.
Palate : On entry into the mouth, it is fresh and supple.
Subsequently, spiciness in the form of white pepper with hints of Granny Smith apples fills the mouth.
The finish is fresh and delicate.
A refreshing wine, well balanced and ideal as an aperitif.
