Initially, in 1814, it was a mixed-crop operation. Today, the vineyards of Château Simon extend over 33 hectares and are located in three main appellations: Sauternes, Graves & Bordeaux. The vineyard values the know-how of its elders through modern and innovative techniques that respect the environment.
