Eyes : The grapes are placed in fermentation tanks where maceration takes place for a few days. The process results in a bright red colour.

Taste : Thanks to the clay soil containing flint, the mouth shows minerality. The maceration, which takes place over a few days, results in a wine with a very aromatic and fruity continuity. Thanks to this process, the wine acquires its fruity flavours and aromas characteristic of the Gamay variety. Long aftertaste in the mouth.
