Domaine Bouley

From father to son through numerous generations, the Bouchy family cultivates the vineyards in Volnay. In the last century, since 1919, François Booley manages the family heritage. Christian succeeds him in 1948. Jean-Marc creates his own domain in 1974, to which his father's vineyards are added in 1984. In 2002, Thomas joins the domain and takes the lead in 2012. his main goal is to join a large domain in Volnay.

Production is essentially in red wine, between the villages of Volnay, Pommand and Beaune, with the exception of one vineyard producing white wines, Bourgogne Aligoté, located in the Meursault region. Burgundy has this peculiarity that the vineyards are divided. Today we use 8ha80 divided into 29 plots.
