Vinification:Traditional. The 2nd to 3rd week of maceration is followed by malolactic fermentation. Aging in stainless steel vats for 12 months.

Tasting notes: Intense red colour with hints of violet. The bouquet is full of aromas of fresh red fruits and flowers. In the mouth, the taste is light bodied, well balanced and extremely fruity!
