2018 vintage | An amazing vintage, probably the best growing season since 2009

Thanks to the long-lasting average vine growth and rapid flowering without interruption, ideal conditions were created for an exceptional vintage. Only summer rainfall has fallen. Thanks to the deep roots of the vines, which have an average age of 40 years or more, the replacement water source from groundwater has always provided sufficient water. When the weather turned for the better, the ripening process accelerated rapidly. Perfectly ripe, golden yellow, healthy grapes were the result of careful handwork, which enabled us to produce an excellent vintage at the end of October.
