Hand harvest. Manual malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
Aging: 14 months (50 % in one-year-old oak barrels and 50 % in stainless steel tanks).
Tasting notes:
Colour: Deep and brilliant ruby colour with purple highlights.
Nose: Elegant aromas of cherries, blackberries and liquorice.
Taste: Hints of vanilla and raspberries. Delicate tannins. Round, harmonious medium-long aftertaste.
