Vinification:
Hand harvest from the first half of October. Controlled maceration in stainless steel tanks. Bottling: 12 months after harvest.
Tasting notes:
Colour: ruby red colour with purple highlights.
Nose: intense red fruit aromas.
Taste: Full-bodied, persistent and with a delicate trace of tannin.
Food pairing: Mediterranean dishes (especially the first course), roasts, spicy cheeses, cured meats.
Ideal serving temperature: 16-18 °C.
