Harvesting: manual

Vinification: this wine is the result of different compositions tested with different varieties, and different vinifications. Some have been vinified in barrels, and others in stainless steel tanks. After fermentation, the wine was usually aged for 12 months in barrels. Only the best barrels were selected for the final blend.

Colour: Dark burgundy red

Aroma: Notes of leather, red berries, black pepper, and oak. Aromas of ripe red berries, and spice.

Taste: Structured and freshly fruity start with balanced fruit flavours, ripe tannins, and a smooth and long finish.

Aging: Although the wine is drinkable with its perfect balance, closer aging would result in a much more complex wine.

Alcohol: 13.5%.
