VEGETABLES : Sauvignon 50% - Colombard 50%

TERROIR :Val de la Clamoux, gravelly alluvial soil that gets very warm in summer.

CLIMATE :Mediterranean, hot and dry. Oceanic influences.

VINIFICATION :Traditional, with temperature regulation. After harvesting, the grapes are immediately destemmed.

DEGUSTATION NOTES : Golden colour with silver highlights. The bouquet reveals great finesse in floral, apricot and citrus notes. In the mouth, the taste is balanced, round and sensual with a pleasantly acidic finish.

TASTING :Pairs well with grilled or raw fish.

SERVING TEMPERATURE : 8°C.

STORAGE : Best consumed within 3 years.
