TASTING NOTES

Straw yellow colour with shades of green. Fine and persistent bubbles. Shiny appearance. Signs of ageing and delicate aromas with hints of flowers, citrus and ripe fruit. Extremely lively in the mouth, yet balanced with a pleasing elegance and poise. Notes of white fruit with a hint of citrus linger in the aftertaste. Fresh, pleasant, balanced with a fine structure including bubbles.
