Burgundian Pinot Noir or as I call it - Tradition. The expression of this wine is very "Pinot" as they say in France. This is because the presence of cherry is very much felt in the bouquet. The savory, rich and meaty flavors contained in this bottle reveal the authentic and traditional style of this winemaker. The lingering youth of the tannins in the mouth requires such a dish to reveal the gastronomic abilities of this wine.
