Vinification:
Traditional. The 2nd to 3rd week of maceration is followed by malolactic fermentation. Aging in stainless steel vats for 12 months.
Tasting Notes:
Intense red colour with hints of violet. The bouquet has a strong and fresh aroma of red fruits. In the mouth, the taste is medium-bodied, well-balanced and extremely fruity!
