Origin: Finca Nuna, Agrelo, Lujan de Cuyo, Mendoza.
Altitude: 960m.
Certified Demeter Organic and Biodynamic, certified by Fair for Life, certified Vegan by the charity The Vegan Society, non-GMO.
Soil: Mostly loam, sandy loam in places. 100cm and deeper, gravelly with calcium carbonate in some areas.
Ageing: 25% of the wine is aged for 6 months in used French oak barrels, the rest only in concrete vats.
Alcohol: 12,5%
