About the Brand: This unique expression of traditional grape varieties is molded by the terroir and climate of the Loire Valley. These delicious wines combine freshness, concentrated aromas, roundness, and smoothness.
Winemaker: Nicolas Emereau 39 year-old, oenology diploma from the faculty of Toulouse.

Soil: This cuvée is a subtle combination of an expressive, deliciously fruity grape variety with juicy, crunchy fruit, an outstanding claylimestone terroir, and winemaking methods adapted to Sauvignon’s sublime potential. This wine has striking aromas, with intense citrus, blackcurrant, and elegant herbaceous overtones.
Winemaking techniques: Selected areas with intense fruit aromatic grape potential. Direct pressing. Strong racking of the must (50 NTU) at low temperature to living the expression of citrus taste. The light must is fermented at 18-20°C during the first third of the process and then stabilized at 13-14°C.
Ageing: Previous to bottling, the wine is kept on the lees at low temperature with regulars putting into suspension.
Tasting notes: Wonderful straw-yellow colour with silvery highlights. Concentrated bouquet with overtones of grapefruit, blackcurrant sweets, and tomato plant leaves. Extremely fresh on the palate, with a smooth, crunchy, tangy flavour. Delicious aftertaste with attractive hints of blackcurrant buds and citrus peel.
Food & Wine Pairing: Best served chilled (10 to 12°). Everyday meals: Grilled fish, poultry, vegetable quiche, curry and asparagus dishes, and fish and chips. Special meals: Oysters, grilled lobster with tarragon, prawns in a cream sauce, scallop carpaccio, and Asian cooking.
