Manual harvesting, from the end of September to the middle of October. The grapes are destemmed and pressed. The fermentation is controlled in steel tanks, refinement at least 5 months in steel tank and in the bottle.
Color: Brilliant red cherry color.
Aroma: Vibrant perfumes, reminds ripe red fruits.
Taste: The mouthfeel is vibrant, good body in pleasant freshness who stay in the palate, but not too much.
Food pairings: Mediterranean dishes such as pasta with meats and vegetables.
