Marano di Valpolicella, hilly area on 300 m/sea level, limestone and clay soil.

Farming system: Umbrella-shaped arbor.
Yield per hectar: total 100 qli/ha, of which 60 on selection
Vinification:
Manual harvesting, from the end of September to the middle of October. The grapes are destemmed and pressed. The fermentation is controlled in steel tanks. Aged for 1 year in oak barrel.
Tasting notes:
Color: full red ruby color.
Aroma: aromatic bouquet between delicate flowers and red fruits perfumes with gentle notes of wood and tobacco.
Taste: wine with full body with round, soft and vinous taste, pleasant tannins.
Food pairings: with typical Mediterranean first dishes, like risotto and homemade pasta with ragu.
