Aroma: Elegant and expressive nose with notes of exotic fruits.
Taste: Round, fruity, rich and fresh on the mouth. Concentrated and complex aromas with hints of apricots, peaches and citrus. The finish has subtle hints of vanilla and oak.
Harvesting is done manually with 4 to 5 manual sorting to select only raisins and bunches that are overly mature and show evidence of noble rot (Botritys Cinerea). Wines are aged in oak barrels for 18 months.
