Here the soils are granitic on the plains and clayey on the hillsides. The climate characteristically presents the strong maritime influence of the Pacific Ocean, which ensures slow ripening andhigh-quality grapes.
The temperatures of the season were cooler, which benefited the quality of the grapes, and the Pinot Noir wines obtained are very aromatic and fresh, with good acidity.
Ageing: 8 months in French oak casks.
Colour: bright red with ruby highlights.
Aroma: fresh strawberries and cherries, spices, subtle notes of mocha and vanilla.
Flavour: elegant, voluptuous and fruity, with fresh acidity and a smooth, velvety texture.

Food match: sealed tuna, salmon, carpaccio of ostrich or beef and duck magret.
