VINEYARD Respect for wildlife auxiliary. No chemical weedkiller since 2008. The protection of the vineyard is based on illnesses observation and depends on weather forecasts.
WINE Selection of grapes on parcels having a common point on the same soil. Traditional vinification, with the help of latest technologies. Gentle pressing (pneumatic). After settling, the juice is put directly into a fermentation vat for 2 to 3 weeks.
After the fermentation the wine remains on its lees for about 10 months. It may therefore stabilize, retain a significant amount of gas and thus recreates the image of a Muscadet sur lie with a large typicality. The wine is bottled directly from the vat.
TASTING Color: bright pale yellow with green tints. Aroma: The nose is quite intense and gratifying. Typical aromas of white fruit (apple, pear, peach), grapefruit, and lime. Palate: The palate is lively and fresh. The “on lees” breeding wakes up the flavors of citrus, with a mineral aftertaste, very characteristic of our region.
SERVICE This product will be the perfect companion for seafood or fishes. Enjoy it also by itself, when a glass of white wine is needed for pleasure and enjoyment ! Drink between 1-3 years of age.
