Eyes : The grapes are placed in fermentation tanks where a maceration of a few days takes place, which produces a bright red colour.
Nose : An olfactory journey, combining the different aromas of red fruits such as strawberry, blackberry and blackcurrant, characteristic of the 100% Gamay selection.
Palate : A mineral mouthfeel produced by the flint clay soil. A very aromatic and fruity continuity, the result of a maceration of a few days in order to acquire the fruitiness and aromas characteristic of Gamay. Good length in the mouth.
