TERROIR :Val de la Clamoux, gravelly alluvial fields which become very hot during the summer.
CLIMATE :Mediterranean, hot and dry. Oceanic influences.
VINIFICATION :Traditional, at a controlled temperature. Long maceration. Destemming immediately after picking at the vineyard.
TASTING NOTES : Intense red-purple color. The nose is typical from ripe Cabernet, very fruity (black berry-Black currant). The mouth is rich and very aromatic with a fresh finish.
PAIRINGS :Red meat, game.
SERVING TEMPERATURE : 16-18°C.
STORAGE :Can age for 5 to 8 years
