Straw-colored with suggestive greenish reflections, it is characterized by a delicate, pleasant and characteristic perfume. The fresh, soft, harmonious flavor is characterized by lively freshness, pleasant sapidity and a delicate note of almond in the aftertaste.
Excellent as an aperitif, it goes well with dishes with a delicate organoleptic setting, splendid with both lake and marine fish dishes.
