Domaine is managed by younger son Raphael Corcia . Raphael is following the paths of his father Alain Corcia who set up the family business in 1983. Raphael after 5 years of study in wine production (internship with a famous domaine in Pommard) and wine sales , has fully produced his first vintage with 2021 crop. Wines produced before are wines aged by Alain Corcia before take over of the domaine.
Hand harvest. Maceration for 10 days. Tank fermentation Aging in 50% new oak demi muids (500 L barrels) and one year used regular size barrels. TASTE : wine is silky with good black fruits and blended tannins. Best served over any gamy meat, beef and any kind of meat cooked in sauces. Serve at 16°C.
