• Palate : This wine is generous, with red fruit aromas, characteristic of the selection of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon.
It also offers us a little freshness produced by the sandy and gravelly soil.
Silky tannins are present.
A very nice length in the mouth.
Food Pairing : This wine would be perfect with red meat or hard cheese.
