Harvesting: hand picking and manual sorting
Vinification in stainless steel tanks for 28 days. Fermentation for 7 days in thermo-regulated tanks (from 28°C to 31°C). Aging in French oak barrels (35% new each year) for 10 to 12 months.
Deep ruby color, cinnamon notes on the nose, sweet tannins.
