Terroir: Marl with high proportion of limestone
 
Grape varieties: 100% Pinot Blanc (Pinot Auxerrois)
 
Vinification: Traditional fermentation in 120 years old oak cask, followed by a 12 months “elevage sur lie”.
 
Tasting notes: Pale yellow with green reflections. The nose is fine on citrus aromas. The mouth is perfectly balanced with a high acidity that matches the natural richness of the Pinot Auxerrois grape.
