Baron RAQUIN is perfect as before-dinner drink on its own or mixed to a Crème de Fruits for a cocktail.
Our sparkling is elaborated from a blend of various vines, all grapes selected for their full aromas. Baron
RAQUIN sparkling shows lots of freshness and is high on fruit. Wine is naturally fermented with slow
process which gives to the vine fine bubbles and good length on the palate during tasting.
Fermentation is done in small vats for full control of fermentation
– Pressure: 4 to 5 bars
– Acidity 4 to 5 g/l
– Sugar: 10 g/l
Green tints on a limpid robe with the brilliance of fine bubbles increasing the vividness.
Fine nose of yellow fruits, peach and apricot leads to a soft and pleasant finish.
The appropriate dosage and the length remains on the palate during tasting.
