Age of the vines : 21 years
Vinification : Alcoholic fermentation during 11 days with 6 punching down. Final maceration: 9 days at temperatures between 28-30 °C
Maturing: In vats for 21 months, with racking
Tasting notes : Intense red colour. On the nose, the Malbec fruit dominates (black fruits). On the palate, the wine is rich and smooth. The tannins of the malbec are tamed to let the fruit express itself with great intensity. A pure malbec, aged in vats, to be enjoyed imperatively to understand this grape variety!
Food pairing : This wine would be perfect with grilled red meat.
