As artisans, we have been making natural and original jams for several years in the south of France near Nîmes, we attach great importance to respecting the artisanal tradition.  We cook all our jams in copper kettles in small quantities, gently stirring them with a beechwood spoon to develop a quality product that respects the true flavours of the fruits and their intensity as much as possible. Ingredients: only carefully selected fruit, cane sugar, lemon juice and pectin, without preservatives or colouring agents, thus making it possible to obtain top quality jams that can be found on the shelves of delicatessens or on the tables of some good hotels and restaurants.
