Winemaking : Temperature control, maceration in cool conditions, 3 weeks of vatting (concrete and stainless), traceability monitoring, malolactic fermentation in vat.
Maturing : 12 months (30% in new barrels)
Tasting Notes:
Very fresh, concentrated, and rich wine showing great elegance and subtlety. Fruity aromas with hints of cocoa, tobacco. On the palate black fruits and chocolate. Dry full-bodied red wine with balanced tannins and long lenght.
