Svatomartinské víno or St. Martin's wine is a fresh, fruity, dry wine made from grapes harvested this year. It is made from grapes of strictly defined varieties such as Müller Thurgau, Veltlínské červené rané, Modrý Portugal, St Laurent, etc. The tradition of St. Martin's wine is linked to the date of 11 November, the feast of St. Martin, when its first tastings and sales are held.
